Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within technology or AI-related solutions.
  • Proven track record in selling AI solutions, data platforms, SaaS, enterprise software, or advanced technology products.
  • Strong understanding of AI use cases, digital transformation, and enterprise technology adoption.
  • Experience selling to enterprise, government, and large corporate clients.
  • Strong ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team and sales pipeline.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure complex solution-based deals.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin is a plus.
