A leading consulting firm is looking for a Head of Sales to manage nationwide operations in Indonesia. This role involves driving sales growth, overseeing branch managers, and cultivating relationships with major clients. The ideal candidate will have 7–15 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in industrial or project-based environments, and must demonstrate strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential to secure large-scale projects.
We are looking for a highly strategic and breakthrough-minded Head of Sales to take command of our nationwide sales operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving significant sales growth, overseeing the performance of our regional branches, and strategically expanding the company’s presence in key industrial and commercial markets across Indonesia. This is a project-based sales leadership role, focusing on long-term relationships and large-scale deals, not transactional selling.
Lead and manage the entire sales operations across all regions in Indonesia.
Oversee and collaborate closely with 3 Branch Managers (Jakarta, Surabaya, Makassar) and their respective sales teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategies.
Drive sales breakthrough initiatives and develop robust, long-term project-based sales pipelines.
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with major industrial clients and secure large-scale projects.
Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within key target industries, including:
Conduct regular branch visits to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and consistent branch performance.
3 Branch Managers (Jakarta, Surabaya, Makassar) + their respective Sales teams.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
7–15 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for roles in industrial, manufacturing, machinery, or project-based sales environments.
Proven track record handling large-scale projects and managing nationwide territories.
Possesses a strong breakthrough mindset and exceptional strategic thinking capability focused on long-term pipeline development.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing multiple branches or regional sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and high-level client engagement skills.
Minimum education D3 or equivalent
