Job Description

• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify promising business models for the Indonesian retail sector. Prioritize target segments based on comprehensive merchant and product landscape evaluation. Collaborate with the XFN team to develop a robust business plan.
• Oversee the entire business lifecycle, from merchant and product onboarding to sales and fulfillment. Drive operational excellence to achieve performance targets.
• Identify and implement strategies to strengthen market position and outperform competitors. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree from a reputable university.
• Have retail business experience.
• Experience in Indonesia / SEA market.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of e-commerce ecosystem, and value proposition.
• Strong analytic, logical, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects in different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization).
