Job summary

A leading health-tech platform is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead product marketing strategies across B2C and B2B units. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience in product marketing, proven leadership in both environments, and strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include overseeing multi-channel marketing execution, aligning various teams, and presenting updates to CXOs. This role is crucial in driving measurable growth and enhancing brand presence across different platforms.

Qualifications

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or Growth roles.
  • Proven leadership across both B2C and B2B marketing environments.
  • Strong ability to own a multi-BU strategy and drive measurable growth.
  • Deep analytical skills with comfort working with data, segmentation, and funnel metrics.
  • Experience building go-to-market plans and leading an integrated brand-to-performance execution.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership with Product, Business, Medical, Ops, Brand, and Performance.
  • Experience managing managers and building high-functioning teams.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence.

  • Build positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for all B2C and B2B brands.
  • Translate business targets into marketing plans and strategies.
  • Use data and insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive multi-channel execution in marketing.
  • Lead the Offline Marketing team and oversee events and brand presence.
  • Align teams for unified marketing plans.
  • Manage PMM and PMA capability and business ownership.
  • Present updates to CXOs and influence business direction.

  • Lead product marketing strategy for B2C and B2B units covering Chat Doctor, Pharmacy Delivery, Homecare, Digital Clinics, and Halodoc for Business
  • Build positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for all B2C and B2B brands
  • Translate business targets into annual marketing plans, category strategies, and integrated brand‑to‑performance execution
  • Use data and user insights to identify growth opportunities across segments and health verticals
  • Drive multi‑channel execution across SEO, Performance Ads, CRM, PR, Social Media, Affiliates, Partnerships, and Offline
  • Lead the Offline Marketing team and oversee nationwide events, activations, and brand presence
  • Align Product, Business, Medical, Operations, and Channel teams to deliver unified plans
  • Manage and grow PMM and PMA capability and ensure proactive business ownership
  • Present strategy and performance updates to CXOs and influence long‑term business direction
Requirements
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or Growth roles
  • Proven leadership across both B2C and B2B marketing environments
  • Strong ability to own a multi‑BU strategy and drive measurable growth
