Ideal candidates will have 8–10 years of experience in product development with a passion for beauty and consumer trends. The role requires strong leadership skills and a proven success in launching products in the SEA market. The position is based in South Jakarta.

PT. Good Sale Tech was established in 2019 and focuses on the Beauty and Health Industry. PT Good Sale Tech has developed over 10 beauty products including Makeup, Skincare, Body care and Fragrance. Moreover, Good Sale Tech successfully developed its businesses in Indonesia, China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Head of Product Development to lead innovation and execution across our cosmetics and beauty portfolio. This role will be responsible for driving product strategy, managing the end-to-end development process, and ensuring our launches align with consumer needs and market trends.

Placement: WFO, South Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement the product innovation roadmap in line with business growth targets.

Lead the full product lifecycle: ideation, formulation, packaging, launch, and post-launch evaluation.

Collaborate with R&D, marketing, supply chain, and external partners to deliver high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective products.

Monitor beauty trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to shape product strategy.

Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards.

Build and mentor a strong product development team.

Requirements:

8–10 years' experience in product development within cosmetics/beauty retail.

Proven success in launching consumer-loved products in the Indonesia/SEA market.

Strong knowledge of formulation, packaging, and regulatory processes.

Leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
