Monroe Consulting Group is representing a leading telecommunications company seeking a Head of IT & Cybersecurity to lead enterprise IT operations and cybersecurity strategy across Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute IT and cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead cybersecurity governance, risk management, and incident response
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and enterprise systems (ERP/CRM)
  • Manage IT Helpdesk operations and end-user support excellence
  • Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA)
  • Manage IT budgets, vendors, and service providers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years in IT leadership with strong cybersecurity focus
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong background in enterprise systems and IT service management
  • Mandatory certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP
