Job Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Management
    • Lead, manage, and develop the Indonesian finance team to ensure high performance and alignment with company values.
    • Conduct regular 1‑on‑1 sessions, set individual goals (KPI/OKR), and oversee performance reviews.
    • Ensure alignment with company vision, mission, core values, and leadership practices (OPO & HRT).
  • Payroll & Expense Oversight
    • Oversee accurate and timely execution of payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis
    • Supervise monthly and annual financial closing processes (General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss).
    • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reports.
    • Provide analysis and insights on financial performance, trends, and cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Tax and Statutory Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
    • Oversee timely submission of tax reports (PPN, PPh, etc.) and liaise with external tax consultants.
    • Maintain relationships with auditors, legal advisors, and government representatives.
  • Cash Flow Management
    • Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure healthy liquidity.
    • Oversee petty cash processes and ensure proper documentation for operational spending.
  • Invoice and Collection
    • Supervise client invoicing accuracy and ensure alignment with contracts.
    • Coordinate collections and follow‑ups with internal teams or clients.
  • Vendor & Compliance Documentation
    • Ensure proper documentation and processing of vendor payments, tax documentation (NPWP, PKP, etc.), and vendor onboarding.
    • Maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Project Teams to resolve finance‑related matters.
    • Provide timely financial data and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement & Ad‑Hoc Support
    • Identify areas for process improvement in finance functions.
    • Support management with special projects, audits, and ad‑hoc financial tasks.
  • Finance & Risk Management – Partnership
    • Lead financial aspects of business and payment gateway partnerships (credit risk, invoicing, margin monitoring, payment terms, collections).
    • Represent the finance team in partner meetings, ensuring aligned financial execution and governance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or audit firm background is preferred.
  • Proven experience in finance and accounting leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent skills in financial reporting, analysis, and cash flow management.
  • Experience managing payroll, invoicing, and vendor compliance documentation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiency in finance operations.
