A leading pharmaceutical company in West Jakarta is seeking a Head of Marketing to develop and implement brand strategies that position the company as a market leader. The role involves overseeing integrated marketing plans, driving digital strategies, and leading a creative team. Develop and execute brand strategy to position the company as a leading pharmaceutical provider in the market.
Define and implement integrated marketing plans that directly support dealer sales growth.
Set annual marketing objectives and budgets aligned with revenue targets.
Design marketing programs and campaigns tailored for dealer engagement and activation.
Provide dealers with marketing toolkits, promotional materials, and digital assets to boost their selling capabilities.
Collaborate with Dealer Operations to ensure marketing initiatives address dealer needs and challenges.
Oversee brand identity, messaging, and consistency across all channels.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain brand competitiveness.
Drive digital marketing strategies to increase product visibility and dealer-driven sales on e-commerce platforms.
Optimize online campaigns for performance and ROI.
Lead the Brand and Marketing team, including Product and Dealer Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Creative Content functions.
Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
Track marketing KPIs and dealer revenue impact, reporting results to the management.
Continuously refine strategies based on market insights and campaign performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related roles, preferably within wellness, health, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer brands.
Proven track record in building and scaling strong, purpose-driven brands in competitive markets.
Experience leading integrated marketing strategies across digital, social media, content, PR, influencer, and offline channels.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute brand positioning, brand architecture, and storytelling that align with company values and mission.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate consumer insights and data into impactful marketing strategies.
Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI measurement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
Highly creative, strategic, and hands-on, with a balance of big-picture thinking and executional excellence.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
