Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full Accounts Payable function at shared service center in Dentsu International Indonesia and for its subsidiaries, from invoice validation to payment execution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high standard of compliance and integrity at every steps.
• Manage and grow a high-performing team of AP professionals. Set clear goals, define standards, and instill operational excellence across the board.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and cross‑functional teams to resolve discrepancies, streamline approvals, and support strategic vendor relationships.
• Take ownership of key vendor relationships (especially Early Payment Discount/EPD), ensuring strong terms, service consistency, and effective negotiation outcomes.
• Own the AP month‑end close, prepare key reports including analysis, reconciliation with vendor, reports submission and action plan.
>Ensure seamless coordination with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Maintain rigorous adherence to internal policies and evolving regulatory standards, while helping teams always stay audit ready.
• Deliver timely, data‑driven reports to leadership and contribute to AP budgeting and forecasting cycles with clear recommendations.
• Continuously challenge the status quo. Improve controls, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement smarter, scalable workflows using tech and automation.

A bit about you

• At least 8 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, with 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in a global matrixed organization is a plus
• Strong command of ERP systems flows and having deep understanding of P2P processes
• Proven track record of leading teams through change, growth, and increased complexity
• Skilled in vendor negotiation, stakeholder communication, and cross‑functional influence
• Meticulous, organized, and calm under pressure; with a “get it done right” mindset
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
