A luxury hotel in Jakarta is seeking a Head Chef to manage the Food and Beverage Department efficiently. The successful candidate will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring profitability and adherence to brand standards. Candidates should possess a professional diploma in Food Production and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment. Strong operational and administrative skills, paired with creativity, are essential for this position.
You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Head Chef is responsible to function as the Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that the outlet operates successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
