We are seeking a Guest Relation Supervisor to lead and guide the Guest Relation Officer and Customer Service teams in ensuring that every guest at EIGER Adventure Land enjoys a pleasant, seamless, and memorable experience.

Job Description

Supervise the Guest Relation Officer and Customer Service teams in delivering guest services.

Ensure smooth Guest Relation operations, including assisting guests who require help, information, or complaint handling.

Ensure the team provides friendly and professional service to all guests.

Identify potential risks to guests and staff, and take preventive actions.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on team performance, issue escalations, and improvement recommendations.

Job Requirements

Minimum D3/S1 preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Customer Service, or hospitality, including team leadership experience.

Strong understanding of guest service standards, complaint management, and Guest Experience Score.

Detail-oriented, proactive, problem-solving oriented, and growth-minded.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and handle emergency situations or guests requiring special attention.
