Job summary

Qualifications

We are looking for a Growth Partnership Executive to support and execute partnerships with organizations managing tenant ecosystems – including buildings management, events, and multi-tenant environments.

You will work closely with building managements, event organizers, and ecosystem partners to drive tenant acquisition, referrals, and POS onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Support partnerships with commercial buildings, malls, events, co-working spaces, and franchise groups
  • Execute partnership schemes such as referrals, preferred POS partnerships, and bundled onboarding
  • Coordinate with internal sales and onboarding teams on partner-referred leads
  • Support tenant activation during events or building launches when required
  • Maintain relationships with property managers and event organizers
  • Track basic partnership performance and provide feedback to internal teams
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Partnerships, Business Development, or Merchant Acquisition
  • Familiar with property, event, franchise, or SME-related industries
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable working in the field and engaging with B2B partners
Nice to Have
  • Experience in SaaS, POS, F&B, retail, or SME ecosystems
  • Exposure to events or multi-tenant environments
