About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer and Project Staff to join our team at PT Deus Ex Machina Indonesia, based in Bali. This full-time position will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning designs and supporting the successful delivery of our client projects.

What you’ll be doing

Conceptualise and produce high-quality graphic designs for a variety of digital and print materials, including branding, marketing collateral, websites, and more.

Collaborate closely with the project management team to understand client requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs.

Participate in project planning, task management, and client communication to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continually enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our client deliverables.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design assets, tools, and processes.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your creative skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with project management tools.

Assist with retail outputs (POP, price tags, Signate, promo posters).

Adapt layouts across multiple formats & prepare print-ready files.

QC printed outputs (color, size, finishing) under supervision.

Document installs and event setups (photos, reports).

Acts as the team’s eyes and ears during store setups or on‑site events, providing backup support to monitor progress, ensure proper execution, and report any issues to the main team.
