You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance service delivery, optimize course conditions, and manage a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily golf operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, tee-time management, and quality service.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new members and enhance member retention.
• Oversee course maintenance and collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure optimal conditions.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance, managing expenses and maximizing revenue streams.
• Foster a positive work environment by training and mentoring staff, promoting teamwork, and resolving conflicts.
• Enhance the member and guest experience through excellent service and addressing feedback promptly.
