As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our client's entire restaurant group's operations, ensuring each branch delivers exceptional customer experiences, maintains operational excellence, and achieves financial targets. This role requires a strategic leader with hands-on experience in multi-unit restaurant management, team development, and business growth.

We are currently representing one of our clients with a business in the F&B industry, a family restaurant brand with multiple branches. They are looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to help rejuvenate the operations, drive performance, and uphold values across all locations.

Description
  • Collaborate with ownership on expansion plans and new initiatives
  • Lead special projects such as new branch openings or menu revamps
  • Oversee daily operations across all restaurant branches
  • Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, quality standards, and service excellence
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all branches
  • Set and monitor KPIs for sales, costs, and profitability
  • Identify opportunities for cost control and revenue growth
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and staff development programs
Profile
  • Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in the F&B Industry with senior management experience, preferably in casual or family dining with multiple branches
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, P&L management, and customer service
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to travel between branches as needed
