Develop and execute business strategies to achieve the company’s vision, mission, and long-term objectives.

Translate strategic goals into operational plans and ensure execution across all departments.

Lead the development of Corporate policies, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Cross-Functional Management
  • Oversee daily operations of HR, Sales, Delivery and Support teams.
  • Ensure proper coordination and communication across departments to maintain operational synergy.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs and performance standards for all functional areas.
  • Prepare, manage and monitor the annual budget and financial performance.
  • Analyze financial statements, monitor cash flow and ensure profitability.
  • Identify cost‑saving opportunities and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Lead, coach and develop department heads and team leaders.
  • Promote a performance‑driven and collaborative culture.
  • Support organizational development, succession planning, and continuous improvement.
Client & Partner Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
  • Participate in key client meetings and negotiate when needed.
Risk & Compliance Management
  • Monitor business risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, financial and operational regulations and policies.
  • Uphold standards in data protections, HR policies, financial control and service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, IT Management or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10‑15 years of experience in business operations or general management at an IT Consultant, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams and leading multiple departments.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of operational finance, HR, IT project implementation, and customer support.

  • Familiarity with modern business tools and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
