Develop and execute business strategies to achieve the company’s vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
Translate strategic goals into operational plans and ensure execution across all departments.
Lead the development of Corporate policies, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Cross-Functional Management
- Oversee daily operations of HR, Sales, Delivery and Support teams.
- Ensure proper coordination and communication across departments to maintain operational synergy.
- Set clear goals, KPIs and performance standards for all functional areas.
- Prepare, manage and monitor the annual budget and financial performance.
- Analyze financial statements, monitor cash flow and ensure profitability.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and maintain operational efficiency.
- Lead, coach and develop department heads and team leaders.
- Promote a performance‑driven and collaborative culture.
- Support organizational development, succession planning, and continuous improvement.
Client & Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
- Participate in key client meetings and negotiate when needed.
Risk & Compliance Management
- Monitor business risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, financial and operational regulations and policies.
- Uphold standards in data protections, HR policies, financial control and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, IT Management or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Minimum 10‑15 years of experience in business operations or general management at an IT Consultant, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams and leading multiple departments.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of operational finance, HR, IT project implementation, and customer support.
- Excellent leadership, communication and decision‑making skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive executions and results.
- Familiarity with modern business tools and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
