Job summary

A financial technology firm in Indonesia, Banten is seeking a Funding Manager to develop and implement funding strategies for investor attraction and liquidity management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Finance, at least 5 years of experience in funding or investment, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. You will work closely with teams to ensure compliance with OJK regulations and achieve performance targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in funding, investment, or capital markets (preferably in fintech/P2P).
• Good understanding of P2P business models and OJK regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement funding plans to achieve loan disbursement targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional and retail investors.
• Identify and secure new funding partnerships (banks, corporates, or high-net-worth individuals).
• Monitor funding performance and ensure alignment with company goals.

• Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Marketing teams to optimize funding channels.
