A hospitality company in Jakarta is seeking a Front Desk Agent to manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Responsibilities include handling reservations, guest inquiries, and promoting hotel services. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience, strong communication skills, and a good command of English, with Mandarin being a strong advantage. This role involves shift work, and adherence to hospitality standards is crucial.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally
Welcome guests in a courteous and friendly manner
Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest inquiries
Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Operate the property management system and ensure accurate data entry
Promote hotel facilities, services, and ongoing promotions to guests
Actively promote and enroll guests into the hotel’s loyalty membership program
Achieve individual and departmental targets related to loyalty membership enrollment
Provide information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold hotel service standards at all times
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Good command of English, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage)
Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
Mandarin speaking ability is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
Service oriented, well groomed, and professional attitude
Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Familiar with hotel systems and basic computer skills
Target oriented and confident in offering loyalty membership to guests
Able to work well under pressure and in a team environment
