Job summary

A leading food and beverage chain in Indonesia is seeking a Franchise Development Supervisor responsible for implementing franchise recruitment plans. Job description
Franchise Development Supervisor (BD Food & Beverage Chain)

Develop and execute franchise recruitment plans in line with the company’s annual growth objectives, and achieve franchise store expansion targets.

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and following up with potential franchisees through various channels, including phone calls, online inquiries, exhibitions, and offline visits.

Conduct preliminary assessments of potential franchisees (financial capability, operational capacity, site selection conditions, etc.) to ensure franchise quality.

Work closely with the Operations team to ensure franchisees smoothly enter training, store opening, and ongoing operational support processes.

Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to drive store construction and material preparation.

Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams to support franchise promotion activities and brand exposure.

Continuously monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and competitors’ expansion activities, and provide timely feedback on franchise-related insights.

Analyze regional expansion potential and propose recommendations to optimize store layout and franchise strategies.

3 Franchise Activities & Brand Promotion

Participate in franchise roadshows, mall-based exhibitions, briefings, and related events to enhance brand exposure for franchise recruitment.

Assist in planning franchise recruitment materials, sales scripts, and optimizing franchise recruitment processes.

Job Requirements
  1. Education & Experience

    Diploma or above; majors in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.

    Minimum 2 years of experience as a Franchise Development Executive/Specialist or in related business development, franchise recruitment, or channel expansion roles; experience in chain F&B, beverage, or retail industries is a plus.

    Familiar with franchise business models processes; candidates with proven successful franchise cases are preferred.

  2. Professional Skills

    Strong franchise sales and negotiation skills; able to independently communicate with franchisees, explain policies, and drive contract signing.

    Basic site selection and trade area analysis capabilities, including preliminary evaluation of foot traffic, competitors, rental costs, and other key factors.

    Good data analysis and logical thinking skills; able to adjust expansion strategies based on franchise data.

    Familiar with basic contract terms and franchise-related procedures.

    Strong communication and relationship management skills; able to build long-term trust with franchise partners.

    Team-oriented with cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work effectively with Operations, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

    Able to work under pressure and drive progress toward targets.

  3. Other Requirements

    Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible work arrangements (e.g., franchise events, exhibitions, mall visits).

    Proficient in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with basic reporting and presentation skills.
