Job summary

A leading interior design firm in Jakarta Timur is looking for a Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee projects from design to execution. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field, and proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. This role requires strong leadership and planning abilities, and a willingness to travel for site visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Fit-Out Supervisor role, preferably in the retail industry.
• Proficient in producing architectural drawings, working drawings, and cost estimates (RAB).
• Willing to travel for business trips as needed.

• Develop detailed fit-out designs in accordance with project requirements.
• Supervise end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality of work.
• Coordinate effectively with all project stakeholders.
• Ensure all facility improvements align with functional and aesthetic goals.
• Prepare and review the Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and related project documentation.

Develop detailed fit-out designs in accordance with project requirements and specified materials

Supervise end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality of work, adherence to budget, and on-time delivery

Coordinate effectively with all project stakeholders, including vendors, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

Ensure all facility improvements and interior designs align with both functional requirements and aesthetic goals

Prepare and review the Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and related project documentation

Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with safety and construction standards

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in a Fit-Out Supervisor role, preferably in the retail industry

Solid understanding of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)

Proficient in producing architectural drawings, working drawings, and cost estimates (RAB)

Skilled in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and similar tools

Strong planning, coordination, leadership, and negotiation abilities

Willing to travel for business trips as needed

Willing to be based in Pulogadung, East Jakarta
