Job summary

A leading Indonesian company is seeking a Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and tax management. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including 3+ years in managerial roles. Strong knowledge of PSAK and leadership skills are essential for this role. The position is based in Bandung, Jawa Barat.

Job description

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health.

Provide financial insights to support business strategies and decisions.

Manage banking relationships and support funding needs.

Accounting

Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

Oversee AP/AR, GL, inventory accounting, fixed assets, and cost control.

Ensure financial reports comply with PSAK and internal standards.

Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.

Tax

Manage all tax obligations (PPN, PPh, SPT Tahunan) accurately and on time.

Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize tax efficiency.

Handle tax audits and communicate with tax authorities.

Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure company compliance.

Leadership & Governance

Develop and strengthen internal controls and financial SOPs.

Lead and mentor Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams.

Coordinate with internal/external auditors and cross-functional departments.

Support management with financial analysis and business recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA is a plus).

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax; 3+ years in managerial roles.

Strong knowledge of PSAK, taxation rules, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Experience in FMCG, distribution, or manufacturing is an advantage.

Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel.
