Overview

📊 We’re hiring: Financial Analyst (Bali, On-site)

We’re looking for a hands-on Financial Analyst to join TNT Capital, a boutique investment and advisory firm working on high-value projects across multiple sectors, including hospitality & real estate, M&A, energy, sustainability, media, and health.

This role is for someone who loves building real models, stress-testing assumptions, and turning complexity into investor-ready numbers 💡

Responsibilities

• Building advanced 3-statement financial models with scenarios & sensitivities
• Running valuations: DCF, comps, precedents, project finance, LBO-style thinking
• Underwriting hospitality, real estate, infrastructure, and operating businesses
• Supporting due diligence (financial, commercial, technical) and maintaining clean datarooms
• Turning analysis into clear outputs for investors, IC memos, and fundraising materials
• Working closely with the Investment Associate to connect facts + numbers + execution

Qualifications

• Have 5+ years in IB, PE, Big 4 TS, corporate finance, or real estate / infra finance
• Are very strong in Excel (auditable models, clean logic, no black boxes)
• Enjoy pressure-testing assumptions and defending your numbers

• Want exposure to real deals, not just internal analysis
• CFA / CPA Level I+

Nice to have (not required)

• Exposure to carbon markets, energy, or sustainability projects 🌱
