Responsibilities

• Develop short-term and long-term financial strategies.
• Design and oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic management decisions.
• Supervise all accounting processes, both monthly and yearly.
• Ensure financial reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with standards.
• Manage cash flow, financing, and cost control.
• Oversee all company tax processes: Income Tax, VAT, withholding tax, and tax reconciliation.
• Coordinate the filing of monthly and annual tax returns.
• Handle tax audits, objections, or disputes when needed.
• Manage internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure internal controls operate effectively to prevent fraud.
• Manage payment processes, loans, and financial relationships with third parties.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, vendors, and other external parties.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, accounting or tax, including team leadership.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial management.
• Experience handling audits and preparing financial statements.
• Strong financial analysis and problem‑solving skills.
