A leading maritime company based in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Finance Staff to manage accounts receivable and payable, handle invoices, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This role involves preparing financial reports and supporting budgeting activities. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields, are familiar with finance systems, and have a keen eye for detail. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in the maritime industry and fluency in English are advantageous.
As an Finance Staff, you will play a key role in managing AR/AP, handling invoices, bank transactions, and ensuring accurate financial documentation and reporting.
Handle daily financial transactions including journal entries, cash receipts, and bank reconciliations.
Assist in preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements. Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking activities.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collection and payment.
Perform administrative duties related to finance and accounting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Min Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Economic / Financial management
Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus
Familiar with finance system and having knowledge in Indonesian taxing.
Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc).
Highly detail oriented and organized work.
Have a good initiative, proactive, integrity, analytical skill, problem solving and good communication.
Experience or knowledge in the maritime logistics or shipping industry.
Fluent in English (Oral and Written)
