Job description

The Finance Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the company's forecast and cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for smooth operations. Monitor aging payable to suppliers to ensure timely payments.
• Analyze weekly and monthly forecasts and cash flow reports to confirm the availability of funds.
• Prepare and evaluate SOPs related to Sales, Accounts Payable (AP), and Treasury to ensure that each employee follows company policies.
• Coordinate with the relevant team to produce an accurate forecast report analysis.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with banks, suppliers, and buyers to foster effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements in Indonesia.
• Experience in the mining industry is preferred.
