Job Description

• Building and implementing a comprehensive accounting and reporting system that aligns with De Heus Indonesia standards (chart of accounts, reporting structure, internal control setup).
• Designing, standardizing, and rolling out Finance SOPs to improve consistency and governance.
• Leading the clean‑up of historical financial records, including reconciliations, data validations, and correction of misstatements.
• Performing a thorough diagnostic review of current books to identify irregularities, process gaps, and compliance issues.
• Ensuring the company is fully prepared for internal and external audits by establishing proper documentation and audit‑readiness processes.
• Developing cash flow monitoring and forecasting mechanisms to safeguard liquidity and support operational decision‑making.
• Implementing cost‑control initiatives and embedding financial discipline across departments.
• Collaborating with Group Treasury to manage funding requirements and optimize cash management.
