Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or aviation industries.
• Proven experience in business transformation, financial system transitions, or operational restructuring.
• Experience in finance operations, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies for the joint venture.
• Lead business transition within the finance function.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports and analysis.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
