What You'll Do:

• 40% Globalizer Team

• Support the financial operations including the following responsibilities:
• Prepare partnership reports on a quarterly, semi‑annual, and annual basis
• Support monthly finance review preparations and monthly budget vs. actual reviews
• Support budget planning, financial reporting, and other global finance requirements
• Conduct monthly reconciliations with local offices
• Manage vendor payments and reimbursements
• Follow up on GSS allocations and reclassifications
• Support cash requests and FTA processes
• Prepare job requisitions and MOUs

• 40% ASPIRe Team

• The tasks will be the same as those listed for the Globalizer team.
• Additionally, the teammate will support the monthly and annual bookkeeping of Ashoka Indonesia on NetSuite regarding ASPIRe allocations.

• 20% of your time will be dedicated to the AshokaIndonesia team‑building activities, team meetings and non‑ASPIRe NetSuite support.

What You Bring:

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Accounting experience and practical skill (1–3+ years).
• Time management and multitasking skills.
• Able to work on own initiative, proactively and independently, and under minimal supervision.
• Strong team member.
• Communication skills with different audiences.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• IT‑savvy is a must.
• Familiar with Salesforce, NetSuite, and others.
