ABOUT THE ROLE
The accounting and finance Assistant Manager will be responsible for daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivables, payroll, assistance with end-of-month close, grant reporting, audit preparation, and other related duties as assigned. The associate will work closely with and report to the Director.

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with accounting, finance AP and AR, tax, and Inventory
• Input journal to system
• Treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, fixed asset activity, debt activity
• Assist to prepare and supervise all finance, accounting and tax report
• Monitoring and check finance transaction and payment requirement
• Analyze data and documentation for annual tax reporting
• Maintain and review finance and accounting procedure and policy
• Able to do special assignment from management
• Direct report to Director

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• At least several years heading a team of subordinates
• Have implemented a new accounting system
• Experienced in preparing for Annual Financial reporting and SPT
