Job summary

A leading heavy equipment company in Indonesia is seeking a Finance and Tax Supervisor. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate monthly financial reports, handling tax-related tasks, and preparing documentation for audits. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation, and experience in a consulting environment. The role is based in Pantai Indah Kapuk 2, Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a year of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax Supervisor.
• Prior experience working in a consulting company.
• Experience in tax/accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly financial reports.
• Handle comprehensive tax reporting and reconciliation.
• Prepare and verify tax invoices meticulously.
• Compile and prepare data for audits.
• Coordinate with external parties like tax offices and auditors.
• Manage Transfer Pricing Documentation for compliance.

• Handle comprehensive tax reporting, recapitulation, and reconciliation.
• Prepare and verify tax invoices meticulously.
• Compile and prepare data for audits.
• Coordinate efficiently with external parties such as tax offices and auditors.
• Manage and prepare Transfer Pricing Documentation (TP DOC) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance, or Tax.
• Minimum of a years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax Supervisor.
• Has prior experience working in a consulting company, with exposure to tax/ accounting
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Taxation, Regulations, and Financial Reporting.
• Proficient in using Accurate System and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.
• Brevet A & B certification.
• Willing to be Located in Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 (Tangerang).
