Job description

Responsibilities

• Review payment transactions to verify their correctness.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management, as well as monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Develop and oversee budget reports, including comparisons between actual and budgeted figures.
• Ability to produce and analyze all monthly and yearly taxes, financial statements, cash flow reports, and budgeting.
• Effectively manage budget utilization, ensuring precise and well-recorded accounts.
• Collaborate with auditors and take charge of audited financial statements.
• Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
• Fulfill other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelors or masters degree in finance-accounting, management or related field.
• Proven 5 years of working experience in Retail.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting and its implementation.
• Knowledge of laws and public policies related to the economy.
• Able to make tax planning and reporting and master tax regulations in Indonesia.
• Leadership, coordination, communicative, initiative, problem solving, thorough, honest and trustworthy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel with formulas.
• Deep understanding in finance, accounting, and tax software (e.g., Accurate).
