A prominent business group in Indonesia is seeking an Accounting & Tax Manager to oversee financial reporting and compliance. The successful candidate will manage records, ensure accurate reporting, and lead accounts payable and receivable functions. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, fluency in English, and at least 3 years of related experience are essential. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the related field, preferably in Trading Mining.
• Knowledge in Tax accounting and finance required.
• Brevet A/B certificate preferred.
• Familiar with Tax regulation government and legality.
• Understanding of Tax Planning.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Finance, Accounting, and Tax reports.
• Manage accurate accounting records in General Ledger.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards for Finance and Tax functions.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and interpret financial reports and budgets.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations for consistency.

Job description

1. Responsible for the company's Finance, Accounting, and Tax reports.

2. Manage and maintain accurate accounting records in the General Ledger.

3. Ensuring the compliance of the company's Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions with the current applicable standards and procedures.

4. Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciling bank accounts, and post-month-end and year-end journal entries, including fixed assets.

5. Collating, preparing, and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements.

6. Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure consistency between accounting records and bank statements.

7. Delivery of documents from internal and external vendors.

Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree major in Accounting.

2. Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).

3. At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position (experience in Trading Mining is more preferred).

4. Good knowledge in Tax accounting and finance.

5. Having Brevet A/B certificate is more preferred.

6. Understand accounting system (ERP System, SAP System).

7. Familiar with Tax regulation Government and legality.

8. Detail oriented, having good communication skills, also having good administration skills.

9. Must possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

10. Understanding about Tax Planning.
