Overview

Currently, we are helping our client, an International Shipping and Cargo company, in their search for Finance Manager. This position will be responsible for details as following:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for organizing the company's accounting, financial statement and financial budget preparation and management, reviewing, and supervising the annual budget and quarterly budget roll-up, taking appropriate ways to control the budget, analyzing the marketing situation, cooperating with the completion of project planning and investment analysis.
• Responsible for the establishment and implementation of internal control risk prevention measures in financial management behavior, monitoring the financial status of the company's business through the management of financial risks, supervising the effective implementation of processes, and ensuring that the financial work is in compliance with all regulations.
• Responsible for managing the company's bank accounts, cash and checks, making daily payments and ensuring that the company's fund accounts are in line with the reality.
• Prepare cash flow plan, responsible for the use and financing of funds to ensure the company's strategic development of financial needs.
• Work related to project investment budget and provided financial suggestions for major decisions of the company.
• Complete other matters assigned by the management and directors.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in accounting, finance, age below 35 years old (inclusive) is preferred.
2. Have at least 2 years of financial work experience, experience in the same position in a barge floating crane company is preferred.
3. Fluent in Mandarin (professional proficiency).
4. Good professional ethics and high sense of commitment and responsibility, strong principles, strong research and analysis ability and anti-stress ability.
