Job description

Supervise daily finance and accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Monitor budgeting, cash flow, and forecasts to support business decisions.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Lead and guide the finance team for accuracy and efficiency.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in hospitality/F&B/entertainment industry.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK, PPh, and PPN.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure.
• Domiciled in Bali.
