Job description

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end financial operations and reporting for the Business Enabler unit
• Extract and reconcile financial data from various sources (e.g., marketplace portals, internal systems)
• Analyze revenue, cost, and margin to provide business insights
• Prepare accurate and timely financial and operational reports (monthly closing, ad-hoc reports)
• Organize and maintain financial documentation and reporting files
• Identify and suggest process improvements in financial workflows
• Collaborate in ad-hoc projects, such as data validation, audits, or new system implementation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Business, Operations, Tax) to ensure smooth financial processes

Minimum Qualifications

• Min. bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting with 2 or more years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax from E-Commerce, Retail/FMCG, Pharmaceutical / Healthcare Tech, or any Startup/Tech-Driven Business
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and tools like Jubelio or other marketplace seller platforms
• Familiar with Power Query for data transformation and marketplace operations (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop)
• Detail-oriented and accurate in handling large volumes of financial data
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, proactive and takes initiative, quick to learn and adapt
