Introduction

Dorco is a world leader in the development and sales of high performing razors and blades. Our products are currently sold in 130 countries globally and can be found in branded and private label with many of the top retailers in the U.S. and European countries. We operate with over 4,100 employees, 8 overseas manufacturing plants, 2 R&D centers, and several sales offices and Sales Managers around the world. Now, we hardly entered Indonesian market yet. We are just about to penetrate newly in earnest. We are now looking for a talented person of sales to develop and implement a sales/business strategy to make a strong impact on the Indonesian market. Reporting to DORCO HQ in South Korea, we need a high performer who can analyze all reported data and identify development to recognize a business opportunity for the company in the Indonesian market.

Annual consulting service contract (Yearly bases)

Cikarang (based in South Jakarta during the first year)

About the Role

The Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager will play a key role in the accounting and financial reporting functions at PT Dorco Group Indonesia. You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting the overall financial operations of the office. This is a full‑time position based in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

Tax Responsibilities

  • Withholding, filing, and payment of employee income tax (PPh 21)
  • Withholding tax on service fees, consulting, rental, and payments to domestic or foreign vendors (PPh 23 / 26)
  • Final tax on building rental and specific construction services (PPh 4(2))
  • Output/Input VAT management, e‑Faktur issuance, and monthly VAT (SPT Masa) filing (PPN)
  • Monthly corporate income tax installment (PPh 25)
  • Import tax on raw materials and manufacturing‑related goods (PPh 22)
  • Employee Year‑End Adjustment for PPh 21
  • Tax audit support, including data submission and explanation to tax authorities

Accounting Responsibilities

  • Monthly financial statements
  • Support overall financial operations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Over 3 years of professional experience in the field of Financial/TAX Accounting
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Working knowledge of Indonesian accounting regulations and tax compliance requirements
