A leading recruitment company is seeking a Finance Manager based in Batam, Indonesia. The role involves managing finance, accounting, and taxation functions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5-7 years of experience, with strong leadership and financial analysis skills. This position requires proficiency in ERP systems and willingness to work Monday to Saturday (half-day).
Manage and oversee all finance, accounting, and taxation functions.
Prepare accurate and timely branch-level and consolidated financial statements.
Control operational cash flow and maintain cost efficiency in distribution activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and reporting requirements.
Supervise receivables–payables reconciliation arising from sales and distribution activities.
Monitor alignment between physical stock and financial inventory records.
Ensure the implementation of effective internal controls.
Provide financial analysis to support management decision-making and branch profitability monitoring.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; professional certifications (Brevet A/B, CPA), or equivalent are preferred.
At least 5–7 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Tax, with managerial experience in the distribution industry considered an advantage.
Strong knowledge of PSAK, tax regulations, and internal and external audit processes.
Skilled in financial statement preparation, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
Good understanding of distribution business processes, including receivables–payables cycles, stock control, and branch operational costs.
Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and tax applications.
Demonstrates strong leadership, high attention to detail, and a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
Willing to be based in Batam
Working hour Monday - Saturday (halfday)
