Job Description

• Make plan and organize the Accounting teams and All sections to achieve monthly and yearly closing deadline (5th Working days Prepare the Final Financial Statements)
• Responsible to strengthen accounting Entry accuracy, Strengthen accounting reporting refer to Indonesia Accounting Standard (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)
• Responsible to prepare the monthly reports to HT Japan, Quarterly Report to HT Japan and HM and monthly Management report
• Cash Flow Management
• Credit Management (Credit Limit Management

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience (with minimum 5 years) in finance, accounting, and tax roles, with a focus on managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
