Job summary

A leading heavy equipment firm in Indonesia is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform troubleshooting and repairs on heavy vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in relevant fields such as palm oil or mining industries, with a strong knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulics. This role requires willingness to be based in Kalimantan Barat.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Workshop/Heavy Equipment Mechanic in palm oil, mining, or heavy equipment industries.
• Knowledge of PM, CM, and BM.
• Willing to be placed in Palm Oil Plantation in Kalimantan Barat.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on heavy vehicles and equipment.
• Support technical repairs when issues arise.
• Conduct inspections and performance tests during visits.

Job description

Field Service Engineer (Pengalaman Heavy Equipment)

Melakukan trouble shooting dan melakukan perbaikan kerusakan kendaraan dan alat berat.

Melakukan support perbaikan teknis bila ada kendala dan trouble unit.

Membantu melakukan field operation guide kepada operator/supir.

Melaksanakan pekerjaan spesialis seperti hidrolik, elektrikal, yang tidak bisa dikerjakan oleh mekanik kebun.

Melakukan pemeriksaan dan performance test terhadap unit pada saat visit.

Melakukan perbaikan langsung pada unit yang trouble yang tidak bisa dikerjakan oleh tim estate.

Pendidikan D3/D4/S1 Jurusan Teknik Mesin / Sejenisnya.

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Workshop/Heavy Equipment/Mekanik di industri perkebunan kelapa sawit, pertambangan atau alat berat lebih disukai.

Memiliki pengetahuan pada mesin diesel, bensin, hidrolik, elektrical, PM (Preventive Maintenance), CM (Corrective Maintenance), dan BM (Breakdown Maintenance).

Bersedia ditempatkan di Kebun Kelapa Sawit di Kalimantan Barat.
