Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in factory automation

Strong hands‑on troubleshooting skills

Willing to work on‑site, including overtime and on‑call support when required

Good English communication skills are mandatory; Korean language skills are a plus

Expected Skills and Experience

• PLC troubleshooting and basic programming (Siemens, Beckhoff)
• HMI operation and basic modification
• Knowledge of industrial sensors, safety devices, and interlock systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical panels and wiring diagrams
• Basic knowledge of servo motors, inverters, and industrial networks (e.g. PROFINET / Ethernet‑based)
• Experience handling factory automation systems such as Stocker, Conveyor Systems, and AGV
• Strong coordination skills with cross‑functional teams, including Production and IT
• Basic understanding of automation‑to‑IT integration and experience working with WMS / MES

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and reliable operation of factory automation systems (Stocker, Conveyor, AGV, and related interfaces)
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to minimize system downtime
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Coordinate closely with Production, IT, and related departments for system issues and improvement initiatives
• Support continuous improvement related to automation performance, safety, and reliability
• Maintain proper technical documentation, SOPs, reports, and spare parts records
