About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Facility Management Head to join our dynamic team at PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya. As the Facility Management Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the facilities and operations across Garudafood's operational office, ensuring a safe, efficient and well‑maintained work environment for our employees.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing comprehensive facility management strategies to optimize building performance and utilization
- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security systems
- Coordinating with external service providers and contractors to ensure timely and cost‑effective completion of projects
- Monitoring and analyzing facility‑related data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Managing the facility management team, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Collaborating with other departments to support company‑wide initiatives and projects
- Directed facility operations to ensure functionality, security, and safety compliance
- Developed and standardized regional and depot facilities, implementing energy and resource optimization to reduce operational costs
- Led planning, monitoring, and control of infrastructure projects, including site selection and construction, ensuring regulatory compliance and cost efficiency
- Secured legal permits for all regional buildings and facilities to maintain compliance with applicable regulations
- Supervised maintenance of company facilities and assets, ensuring compliance with established standards
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and facility management best practices
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of facility management professionals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Proficiency in using facility management software and data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of building management, facility management and property asset management
- Knowledgeable about building and property management regulations
