The client is currently seeking an Experiences Market Lead. In this role you will own the health, quality, and growth of hospitality supply in Indonesia. You will manage professional host accounts, acquire high‑quality new supply, and act as the in‑market expert for your assigned region. This role blends strategic market development with hands‑on account management, quality improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Job Description
  • Manage partner relationships with Professional Host accounts in assigned geography
  • Meet and exceed sales goals for top‑tier accounts
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize Professional Host performance
  • Educate clients on product changes and provide technical support
  • Conduct regular business reviews and optimization calls with partners
  • Analyze market data to identify strategic opportunities and improve supply quality
  • Prospect and onboard new, high‑quality supply in assigned area
  • Represent Airbnb at industry conferences and external meetings
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to address operational challenges and ensure market success
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, and partner support; hospitality/travel industry experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and effectively managing a leads pipeline
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and quantitative skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Strong time management skills with ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working cross‑functionally in ambiguous environments
  • Passion for Airbnb and the sharing economy; being an Airbnb host is advantageous
  • Ability to travel to assigned markets
