  • Natural comfort with technology and a rapid learning curve.
  • Must be available full-time (40 hrs/week) during U.S. business hours.

  • Mastering the calendar: Proactively managing complex schedules, meetings, and travel to maximize efficiency.

  • Building connections: Serving as a professional, confidential liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
What We Need
