A local dining establishment in Bali is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen operations. This position entails managing cooking techniques, staff training, and menu creation while ensuring high dining standards. Candidates should have solid experience in similar environments, particularly in steak or grill restaurants, and must demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills. Our client is a casual semi-fine dining restaurant (charcoal grill steakhouse) in Bali.
The Executive Chef will be the #1 in the kitchen with direct report to Expat Corporate Chef.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
