A company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to prepare reports, manage travel arrangements, and support decision-making processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, or Business Administration, along with at least 8 years of experience, ideally from a consulting background. Responsibilities also include coordinating events and handling confidential information. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documents.
Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Act as a point of contact between executives and stakeholders.
Conduct research and provide relevant information to support decision-making.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Coordinate and organize executive events.
Assist in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree from Management, Finance, Business Administrations, and related major. Master degree and MBA degree holder is preferable.
Minimum 8 years experience working in various industry, coming from consulting background is preferable.
