A reputable law firm is looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior partners. The successful candidate will manage calendars, handle travel arrangements, coordinate meetings, and support daily operations. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience, exceptional organisational skills, and proficiency in English and Microsoft Office. We are seeking a talented and proactive Executive Assistant to join us. This is a full-time position that will provide high-level administrative support to the firm's senior partners and leadership team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be an integral member of our office and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations.
Providing comprehensive calendar management and scheduling support for busy senior executives.
Handling all travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels and transportation.
Coordinating and organising client meetings, conferences and events.
Maintaining detailed records and filing systems to ensure efficient document management.
Handling various administrative tasks such as correspondence, data entry and reporting.
Acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and stakeholders.
Supporting the leadership team with any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a professional services environment.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and personable telephone manner.
Excellent written and verbal English proficiency, with the ability to draft high-quality correspondence.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with legal industry practices and terminology would be highly advantageous.
