About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Event / Project Manager to lead multi-city exhibitions for two fast-growing national brands: Mombee Expo (Mother & Baby) and Beautyweek Expo (Beauty & Lifestyle). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast execution and high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end event planning & execution across multiple cities
  • Manage multi-city event operations
  • Coordinate with exhibitors, sponsors, partners, and internal teams
  • Supervise project officers, vendors, freelancers, and onsite crew
  • Create and enforce operational SOPs for each event
  • Prepare budgets, progress reports, risk management plans
  • Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and with excellence
  • Support planning for new cities in 2026 event expansion
  • Be the operational backbone of the event division
Requirements
  • 3–7+ years experience in event management, exhibitions, or project management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Able to manage 10–100 staff/crew during execution
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable traveling frequently
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and solutions-oriented
  • Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong ownership and accountability mindset
  • High energy, proactive, and resilient
