Job summary

A leading electric vehicle manufacturer is seeking an Interior, Seats & Restraints Lead Engineer to oversee vehicle launch and localization in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering, fluency in English, and at least 5 years of experience in automotive INT/SEATS/RESTRAINTS. This role involves supporting vehicle integration, ensuring compliance with standards, and leading issue resolution efforts. A solid understanding of quality tools and the ability to adapt quickly are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in automotive INT/SEATS/RESTRAINTS homologation requirements.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new situations.
• Experience in tooling development timing and manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Support vehicle module localization and integration.
• Ensure compliance with engineering, quality and production standards.
• Conduct root cause diagnosis on design-related issues.
