This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Lifecycle Coordinator, joining our Employer of Record (EOR) Operations team. This position requires fluency (written and oral) in both English and one of the following languages - Polish, Dutch or German. As an empathetic problem-solver, the Lifecycle Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting the organization and administration of the employee lifecycle. They will do this by executing general administrative work to support their peers in Lifecycle Operations teams - helping to deliver a quality experience for Remote’s global employees.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate is dependent on location, skills, experience, training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change. At Remote, internal mobility is supported by a compensation philosophy that guarantees pay equity and fairness.
