Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in event management or theme park entertainment.
• Strong creative ability in managing large-scale shows and festivals.
• Proficient in project management and cross-department coordination.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and execute entertainment programs at EIGER Adventure Land.
• Oversee the entire event lifecycle from planning to post-event evaluation.
• Lead and coach Cast Members to ensure high-performance quality.
